Winter Springs, FL May 17, 2017 – RE/MAX 200 Realty announced today that REALTOR® Debbie Frucci has returned to the RE/MAX 200 and RE/MAX Town & Country family after a brief hiatus at a Lake Nona area RE/MAX office.  Debbie has been a full-time sales associate since 1996 and previously spent 12 years with us at RE/MAX Town & Country.

Debbie is continuing her successful career which includes RE/MAX Hall of Fame membership in 2010 and achievements at RE/MAX Platinum, 100% and Executive Club levels.  Debbie has also earned designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, International Real Estate Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert and Gold Key Certification.

“I have always found great value in the RE/MAX brand and decided to try another brokerage in the network when I moved to Lake Nona,” Debbie said. “I learned quickly that operating my business from a company with a solid foundation of leadership from Brokers, Staff and Colleagues is far more important than the location of the office,” Debbie added.  “I am so happy to be back at home with all the people I’ve formed close and valued friendships with over the years.”

Debbie has been a Central Florida resident for 39 years and enjoys relaxing at the beach when she is not busy with her clients.  Debbie also loves spending time with her family, an occasional evening out for dinner and dancing with her husband and friends, often babysits her 3-year old grandson and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of another grandson in July!

Sandi has been a successful agent in our area for over six years while earning designations as a Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Distressed Property Expert and REO Specialist Certification.  She is also a Gold Key Certified Realtor, which denotes her excellence in professionalism.

“I found myself in a place where I needed a better support structure to improve my real estate business beyond my results from previous years,” Sandi said. “In this business I feel we need to have systems in place operating simultaneously with our daily routine of working with clients. Millennials are Searching for Orlando Real Estate

The Orlando metropolitan area ranked No. 3 on Realtor.com’s list of top home buying hot spots for older millennials

The Orlando metropolitan area ranked No. 3 on Realtor.com’s list of top home buying hot spots for older millennials (25 to 34 years old). That age group represents the largest age demographic of prospective home purchasers, according to monthly surveys conducted by Realtor.com.

The Orlando metro area saw 1.18 times more Realtor.com listings page views from millennials than the national average. These “hot spots” attract the large group of home prospective buyers either due to a strong local economy, relative affordability, or both.

Orlando has been exploding beyond its internationally renowned theme parks, and millennials are paying attention. As the No. 2 fastest growing metro (Forbes), Orlando is increasingly on the radar for millennial home buyers considering where to put down roots.
