Check out the great article written about our very own Kim Coburn in the current edition of Orlando Real Producers Magazine! What an awesome story of overcoming adversity and perseverance to become the very best in her field. We love you Kim!

Kim started her real estate career at the young age of 22. At the time, it was not common for someone so young to become a REALTOR®. With a small network and little experience, Kim struggled. Despite rough beginning, Kim had the skill and the perseverance to eventually land her first listing. That listing snowballed into more listings and potential buyers and her business took off!

In time, Kim became the number one individual agent in SeminoleCounty for several years in a row. But along the way, it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Kim was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999. Despite her diagnosis, Kim continued to grind and even kept her position as a volunteer cheerleading coach. Kim beat breast cancer in 2001, and after nearly 19 years, she is stronger than ever.

Kim owes her success to building relationships. She says, “One thing that hasn’t changed – and this is how I built my business -by building relationships with customers,” she said. “That’s the whole premise of my career – building relationships, making myself memorable and taking care of clients like they’re my family.”
