Fred has been very active with the National Association of Residential Property Managers,NARPM. On a national level Fred has served as a Director in 2006, Treasurer for 2007, President Elect for 2008, President 2009 and currently Past President for 2010. Fred achieved his Master Property Managers designation,MPMin 2006. Fred is also an approved instructor for many of the RMP & MPM course.
