I was raised in Orlando and have lived throughout the Central Florida area for over 55 years. I graduated from Boone High School in Orlando and the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Communication, Advertising/PR. I lived in the Sweetwater Oaks Subdivision in the NW part of Seminole County near Wekiva Springs for over 20 years. Now I am in Dunnellon, FL, west of Ocala. Knowing my client’s needs and wants is important to me. I want to get to know each and every one of my clients. For these reasons, I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2002, and before entering this wonderful industry, I was in the hospitality industry for 15 years. Continuing Education is important for me to stay abreast of the latest changes and updates in the Real Estate Industry. I currently have a Broker’s License, which allows me to be more knowledgeable about rules & regulations in the Real Estate Industry. I attend at least one CE class a month and am learning something new in this business daily. Aside from being active within the Real Estate Community, I was active in the community where I lived. I was on the PTSA Board and Band Board at Lake Brantley High School, a substitute teacher at various schools within the district, and became part of the Seminole County Public School Leadership Academy. In my spare time, you can find me in my Garden, or on the water, whether it be boating, canoeing, or kayaking, suntanning in the Florida Keys, or on the Rainbow River. I have 2 wonderful kids, Jacob - He is in Law Enforcement, and Alison - graduated from UCF in 2024. I have 2 Dogs - Ajax and Konig (king) (Lab & GSD)- You can find them either napping or barking at squirrels while I work! We also have an African Sulcate tortoise that rules the 1.5 acres we live on. And the most important person of them all, my husband of 31 years - Jeff - without him, none of this would be possible. Fun Fact about me - I hiked part of the Appalachian Trail & Grand Canyon, and I survived!
