Our culture is not entirely about work though. We have fun company events throughout the year to reward our agents for their excellent work including a weekend retreat in New Smyrna Beach, boat tours, holiday parties, birthday lunches, and more.
For our agents who are not comfortable in or able to join large gatherings, these events are not mandatory.

Lastly, our culture is about giving back to our community. Orlando has been our home for more than 35 years, and we look for opportunities to lift up our community.
We are a proud partner of the Children’s Miracle Network, having donated nearly $1 million over the last 30 years and continue to donate with each closing.
