Design Center Automation automatically delivers a series of fully-branded marketing packages to agents each time they take a new listing. Current content is created around four key listing events: Just Listed, Open House, Price Reduced, and Just Sold.

There is a wide range of marketing pieces inside the automated package to help easily promote each listing across all channels. For example, the Just Listed package includes a single-property website, YouTube video, virtual tour, social media post, ePostcard, brochure, flyer, and postcard.
